Claw-OPS

CI Lite

Claw-OPS is a repository-first operating layer for self-hosted delivery infrastructure: Planka -> OpenClaw/OpenCode -> Forgejo -> Review -> Deploy.

First look

  • docs/SSOT.md: architecture and operating decisions.
  • docs/PLAYBOOK_DEPLOY.md: step-by-step deployment flow (aq-server + justhost).
  • docs/PORTS_AND_UPSTREAMS.md: canonical ports and nginx upstream mapping.
  • docs/PLANKA_PIPELINE.md: Planka INBOX -> Forgejo PR automation (MVP v1).
  • projects/registry.yaml: canonical project/runner/command registry.

Repository map

  • infra/compose/: Compose templates for Forgejo, Keycloak, Planka, Plane (legacy), Audit DB.
  • edge/justhost-nginx/: justhost nginx vhost templates.
  • docs/RUNBOOKS/: service runbooks and edge operations.
  • scripts/: validation, backup, and healthcheck utilities.

Safety rules

  • No secrets in git.
  • Public traffic only through justhost TLS -> WireGuard -> aq-server.
  • Every PR and commit must include TASK_ID (see docs/POLICY_TASK_ID.md).
